At Evergreen, our menu is a living, breathing reflection of the seasons. We believe in letting nature lead the way—which is why our dishes change regularly to highlight what’s fresh, local, and at its flavorful peak. Our farm-to-table approach means we partner with regional farmers, fishermen, and purveyors to bring you ingredients that are sustainably sourced and thoughtfully prepared. From Gulf seafood to heirloom vegetables, every plate tells a story of place, season, and purpose—crafted with care, served with soul.


🌞 Brunch: A Morning Indulgence

Brunch at Evergreen is a delightful affair, offering a range of dishes that cater to both classic and adventurous palates. Start with the Crab Bisque, featuring lump crab, crab claw, chive, and crostini. For a hearty option, the Biscuits and Gravy combine buttermilk biscuits, beef sausage gravy, and a fried boneless chicken breast. Seafood enthusiasts will appreciate the Crab Cake Benedict, served with collards, a 5 oz. crab cake, poached egg, and hollandaise.


🌿 Lunch: Midday Delights

Our lunch menu offers a variety of options to satisfy your midday cravings. Begin with Rillons, crispy confit pork belly with Tabasco gastrique and chive. The Seafood Gumbo is a hearty choice, featuring crab, crawfish, shrimp, andouille, and Two Brooks Farm sable rice. For entrees, the Po'Boy comes with your choice of shrimp, oyster, combo, or softshell, dressed with remoulade, lettuce, heirloom tomato, house pickles, pickled red onion, and mayo.


🌙 Dinner: Evening Elegance

As the sun sets, Evergreen transforms into an intimate setting perfect for a memorable dinner. Start with Crab Rangoon Oysters, combining lump crab, Gulf oyster, and house-made sweet chili sauce. The Orzo Salad offers a refreshing mix of cucumber, cherry tomato, Euwing Farms feta, and Kalamata olive. For main courses, the Chef's Choice Wagyu features Black Jack Ranch Wagyu, red potato, chimichurri, and caprese asparagus. Seafood lovers might opt for the Whole Flounder, prepared with sea salt, citrus, thyme, and served alongside red beans and rice.
